We manage co-ownerships in partnership with the Syndicate Council which is an essential player in the good management of your co-ownership.

We are independent and a human-sized structure; our real experience in building technology is an asset in building management.

Our choice is the rapid payment of supplier invoices and contractual stakeholders after inspection of the work.

This commitment promotes operation with the partners of the co-ownership which are the companies in return we ask them to be responsive to repairs while maintaining reasonable prices.

Without commitment on your part, we will make you a price proposal based on the elements of your co-ownership and the expectations of the co-owners and the Syndicate Council.
